delete the "Archive -" from the posts

  Hello,

  I would like to delete the Archive- shown in the tab-description and at the top of the browser.
  For this category page:
  http://internet-workflow-akademie.de/category/erfolgskurs/
  I would like to have only the “Erfolgskurs” displayed.
