  I want to change theme and can’t seem to do it through settings. My hope is to delete the blog and restart with updated theme.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  milestanner.wordpress.com is no longer available.
  The authors have deleted this blog.

  To delete a blog takes bypassing 3 warnings that blog deletion is irreversible and clicking a confirmation link in an email for good reason ie. deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
