  I would like to delete my very recently added site and try to re-open it later on. Would it work?

  Hello – Once you delete a .wordpress.com domain, it is gone forever. Nobody (including yourself) will be able to ever use that specific domain again. You must be certain you have no intentions to use the domain again prior to deletion.
