  By downgrading we will need to remove the plugin and custom theme features from your site, which will return your site to the design it had when you upgraded and remove any content you added. If you would like to keep any content from the site export (https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/) before we proceed with the downgrade and before you can delete the site.
