  In my attempt to delete the site I was notified I needed to contact support first. This is the contact I am making and I am requesting the site to be deleted. Thank you

  I see your site used to be on our Business Plan where you had plugins or a custom theme installed.

  Before you can delete that site, we’ll first need to properly downgrade it back to the free plan. This will remove all plugins and third party themes you still have installed, and there is also a risk that any content you added since you first installed plugins may be lost during this process.

  Even if you plan to delete the site, please confirm that you understand this if you want us to proceed with this process.

  Thanks for confirming. I had reverted the site to the state before you uploaded the first plugin; you should now be able to delete it following the steps from here:
