  User accounts cannot be deleted on WordPress.com. See the Deleting Accounts page for more information.

  And before you delete the account you need to delete the site/address associated with it (My sites, Settings, Delete Site). Although as the account is only two hours old I don’t think it contains much content.

  PS: Remember deleting sites and accounts means they are gone forever. If you decide to use WordPress.com in the future you will have to choose a different address.
