  Could you please share your site URL in question so we can assist you better.

  Also, To delete a site please refer to this doc here: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/

  Note that if your site has an upgraded Business plan it needed to be downgraded first and it that may result in the loss of any content created with plugins. Please take a backup if needed.

  PS:  Please note that Deleting a site permanently removes it and you will never be able to use it again. If you think there is any chance you may want to use the site in the future, please consider one of the following instead:

  Try changing your site address with the content:
  http://support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  If you need a fresh start you can empty your whole site with the same site address:
  http://support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
  Transfer your site to someone else:

  Hi there,

  To be able to close your account I need to downgrade your site farine.school which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents so I need your confirmation before proceeding.

  We’ve reverted the site. You can delete it permanently and close your WordPress.com account by following the instructions here: https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  Please note that we aren’t able to close any of the other accounts (if they exist) using the email addresses you mentioned. Due to security reasons, you’ll need to contact us from the email address used on the account (or log in to those accounts and follow these instructions to close the account by yourself).
