  I was able to delete the website – thank you! However, I want to also delete the account, but when I tried it once again told me there was a problem and I needed to contact support. Please delete the account!

  Since Akismet uses WordPress.com’s user system, the only way to close your WordPress.com account entirely would be to also cancel your Akismet anti-spam plan.
