  I need to delete this site and add a new domain that I just purchased.

  Hi @mathewhiatt,

  Regarding your new domain, if you have registered this with another registrar, you can connect it to WordPress.com. Please keep in mind, this requires a plan upgrade.

  When creating a new site, you’ll have the option to upgrade and connect your domain.

  Next, are you looking to delete everysinglestorycom.wpcomstaging.com?

  If yes, we must revert it back to the point when you installed your first plugin or custom theme.

  Your site’s content (posts, pages, media files, categories, tags, projects/portfolios), theme, and customizations, such as widgets and menus, will return to the state they were in on this date. This process will also remove all plugins and custom themes, as well as any content added through them, and you will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.

  If you’d like to download a backup of your site beforehand, that can be done by going to Jetpack → Backup here: https://wordpress.com/backup/

  Once you’ve confirmed that you would like to proceed, we’ll revert the site so that you can delete.
