  Hi,

  The username hemantadhikari isn’t a site, it’s the username of an account. You may delete a site yourself as described in the Delete Site support page, and close an account as described in the Close My Account support page.

  @hemantadhikari, what’s the full address of the site you’re trying to delete?
  Please note that, we’ll need to revert the site to the state it was before you installed the first plugin and that will cause content loss. Since you want to delete the whole site, it sounds like you’re okay with that but I’d appreciate if you could confirm.

  
  @musicdoc1, wpcomstaging sites have or used to have plan Business and we need to remove it completely before the user will be able to close their site. If you encounter a thread mentioning wpcomstaging site, please tag it for the staff to check out. Thanks!
