Delete today’s published content and keep only menu

    Hello guys, I accidentally changed my theme and all my content i had published changed. i want to keep the content in https://pirespartners.wordpress.com/home/ as the only contents in my web. I do not want to keep the current theme that is stratford theme. If not possible kindly delete anything published today and keep the menu only. thanks.

    Thanks for your help, i have another questions:
    1. How can i change menu text color and its background color in wordpress.
    2. how can i group my page contents differently. that is, for example i have three subheadings and its content, e.g vision, mission and values as subheadings and each subheading has its contents. how can i group each sub heading and its contents for easier working.
    3. how can i insert css content in my web because when i want to use css am told i have to upgrade.

    How can i change menu text color and its background color in wordpress.

    Older themes will allow you to change this from My Site>Design>Customize>Colors&Backgrounds, however, the newer themes were created with the idea of customizing the pages directly in the Block Editor, so you’ll want to do that there, customizing each element.

    Some finer customizations can be done with CSS but this, as you noted, is available on plans Premium and above.

    I’m not really sure what are you trying to achieve, could you elaborate a bit on that?
