delete two names associated with my site

I have a blog [www.halleycomm.wordpress.com].
In the past, I somehow added 2 different sites [goodworldreport and goodworldreportblog] that are associated with halleycomm.wordpress.com.
I want to delete the 2 goodworldreports and create a goodworldreport separate from halleycomm. Don’t know how to do this. Can you help me?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Just to clarify, you can manage multiple sites under one WordPress.com account. Do you want to create a new account with a new site?
To delete a site under your account, go to this link to view all your sites:
https://wordpress.com/settings/generalThen click on the site you want to delete, scroll down to the bottom and you will see a delete your site permanently button.

You can do a password recovery by following these steps:
1. Click on this link: https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
2. Insert your WordPress.com username or email and click Get new password
3. An email will be sent to your primary email address. Click the link in your email, and you’ll be able to enter a new password
