Delete Upgrade Purchased by other Admin
-
I need to delete an automatic recurring payment upgrade that was purchased by a coworker who no longer works with our organisation. I can’t get into their account, and it looks like they’ve been deleted as an admin…. I have no way of contacting this person. I am an admin of the blog, but when I view the upgrade I can’t see the “cancel button” or any way of deleting it. Does anyone know how I can get WordPress to cancel the payment/delete the upgrade?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address.
You need to contact the blog’s owner and have them act on this.
To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B the blog’s owner must log in, you add the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.
adding users http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
user roles http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/Then A can use this process to transfer the blog to that username account B instead http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
After that Staff can deal with any upgrades.

Unfortunately the owner who created the blog several years ago is no longer working for the company and we have been unable to contact them/gain their assistance.

Update: By what feels like a miracle I’ve managed to track down the login details for the admin that set up the payment. I’ve stopped the auto renew but can’t find any way of requesting a refund. Does anyone know how I can arrange this? Receipt ID is 6209150
