Delete upgrades

  I have a premium upgrade that I can’t delete, but wish to delete my site. How do I do this?

  Hi there,

  If you are looking to delete your site, you will have to cancel the upgrades first before you can delete it.

  As you mentioned your site has premium upgrade associated with it. Before you can delete your site, you’ll need to remove them. This prevents you from losing access to your paid upgrades.

  Click on the Manage Upgrades button to be taken to the Purchases page.

  Delete a Website

  Once there, use the links provided on that page to cancel your upgrades, https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-upgrades
  or contact support to help you transfer them to another site on your account.

  If you are unable to cancel any of the upgrades, you can also contact support for help.

  Once your upgrades have been from removed from the site, you can process further.

  WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted.

  You can remove all your personal information from your Account.

  To unsubscribe from email sent to you from WordPress.com, go here https://wordpress.com/settings/notifications/ and uncheck all the boxes.

  To unsubscribe from email you receive from blogs that you have followed, go to your subscription settings here

  https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions

  and check the box that says Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com.

  To hide your Gravatar profile if you have created one, login and on the bottom right hand corner of your Gravatar profile page you will find a “hide” button visible only to you that you can click.

  If that is a Premium theme, you’ll need Staff assistance in order to remove it. I’ve tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

  Hi there,

  I’ve removed the Duet theme from your site, so you should now be able to delete it at My Site ->Settings.
