delete url off of blog

  Hi,

  I’m trying to delete an uploaded file/url from my website. I deleted it off of everywhere yet its still accessible through http://ch-alpha.com.tr/Hasta-Bilgilendirme-Brosuru.pdf and Google. I searched and deleted every possible link yet its still there. Can someone help me please?
