Delete Username

  Greetings, could you please include a feature to ‘Delete Username’? I have TWO usernames that I would like to permanently delete from WordPress. Thank you.

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Hi there,

  To delete a username, first log in as the account in question. Then close the account from the account settings screen:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  After 30 days the account will be deleted entirely, and the username will never be available to use on WordPress.com again.
