Delete videopress video/shortlink

    Hi, I’m searching for an answer or support in this case since some days and find myself helpless after all :(

    I’ve got a free account and was able to upload a video to a Test-Post via the iPhone App (by the way – no barriers here – glitch?).
    When I deleted the file via /wp-admin > library, I recognized it was still available via the videopress-shortlink (share option in player).

    I found a note which says it’s links/content could be cached and could take several days to be deleted. Well it’s 2 weeks ago and the video is still available on the web via videopress-shortlink.

    I double checked it’s not cached locally on any of my computers or tablets.

    Is there anyone who can tell me how to delete the videpress-video from the webs. It’s really annoying – feeling so helpless. :(

    To be honest – i would not like to share the videopress-shortlink to the video, which I would like to delete, in public forums. Can i send you a private message or something else?

    I sent it to you on August 17th – the Shortlink and Video is still up. Can I do something else?
