Delete website

Hi, i am trying to delete my website. However when I try to do it i am prompted with a notification which says: ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’ The only upgrades i see are 2 themes that I have purchased (and paid for one time only), and that never expire. I cannot seem to delete them. I have no other active premium upgrades. Could you please help me out? Thanks!

Hi there,
It’s not currently possible to delete Premium Themes yourself, but that bug has been reported already so should hopefully be fixed soon.
Can you please confirm that you want to cancel the Ubud and Bindery themes from your site? Note that you’ve paid for lifetime use for these themes, but if you cancel them and delete the site we won’t be able to restore them to you at a later point in time.
If you don’t want to use the site any more, consider setting it to private instead. That way it will still be there should you want to use it, or the themes, later. I can also help move the themes to a different site or account if you prefer.
