Delete Website

  In order to permanently delete my site, I apparently have to cancel my premium upgrades…how do I go about doing this? I do not see a ‘cancel’ option, is it because it is a one time purchase (I bought premium themes)? But WordPress is still requiring me to ‘cancel’ these purchases…please lead me to the right direction so I may permanently delete my website! Thank you.
