Delete Website centralfloridamediagroup.wordpress.com

    We no longer use centralfloridamediagroup.wordpress.com and would like to delete the site to prevent ongoing billing. I am unable to delete the site because a premium upgrade was purchased by a coworker who has lost her login info. Is there anyway you can help us take down the site so we don’t get billed.

    To clarify, are you asking for help with the free WordPress.com site, or the one that it redirects to? Which is, centralfloridamediagroup.com?

    Please know I can only help with WordPress.com related things.

    With that said, we need to hear from the owners of the said upgrade. Since they made the purchase of the theme, they can recover the account with the details surrounding the purchase.
