Delete Website content

    I do not want to develop this website and would like the current website content to be removed. Perhaps in the future I will develop it, so I don’t want to permanently delete the website so it can never be used again. I just don’t want any content to appear in google searches and such.

    Hi there. To prevent your site from coming up in search engines you can set it to private. That way only you will be able to access it: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

    Once you’ve done that, you can easily clear your site of all content by following the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

    If you prefer, staff can also do it for you, but please note that if staff clears your site it cannot be reversed.

    If you want staff to delete your content for you, please confirm in a reply to this thread and add the tag “modlook” in the tags area. Then make sure you’re subscribed to the thread and be patient while waiting for a reply.
