  i want to delete my wordpress account but i have a purchase for a one on one with a wordpress expert. Because of this i am unable to delete the site. I don’t know how to get rid of this purchase.

  I checked your account, and every upgrade appears to have been cancelled. So, you should be able to delete your account.
