Delete white background

  Hi,
  I deleted a scheduling block from the front page, yet the white background remains. How can remove it? Thank you.

  Hi there,

  Can you confirm the URL of the site you’re working on? http://johnmgonzalezcom.wordpress.com/ only contains the single demo post it was created with.

  The WordPress software doesn’t come with a scheduling block built in, nor do we offer such a block on WordPress.com, so it sounds like you might be working on a site hosted elsewhere, where you have that block available via a plugin.

  If that’s the case, it would be best to contact support for the plugin that’s adding that block to your site directly.

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  You should reach out to your theme developer to see why their theme is retaining that block background after you removed it.
