  How do I delete my existing site and create a new one from the same email

  Hello, you can have more than one site and switch between them. Instructions on how to create a new site with the existing account can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/create-a-blog/#adding-a-new-site-or-blog-to-an-existing-account

  Deleting the site will not delete your account. It will make your current site address unavailable forever. You can find how to delete a site on the following link: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
