  Hi there,

  If you wish to delete the site, you can do so by following the instructions on this page –
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  You cannot delete a WordPress account, however you can insert dummy information and leave the account.

  Hi there,
  thanks for this. This was an accidential post, but part of a problem
  I just signed up, deleted the site mistakenly then wanted to recreate it. but the address is now not available…. i even tried making a new account… but can’t use it…

  can you help?

  Oh! Unfortunately, if a site is deleted, the same address cannot be used again at least for the next 2 years.

  Quote from this page –

  Sites already deleted by their authors two or more years ago may become available again, if they present no username or other technical conflicts.

  You can however register a new blog address :)
