Delete WordPress Account

  Hello,
  I would like to delete this WordPress Account. However, there is a premium theme attached to the account. Is there a way to remove it so that I can continue with the process of closing the account?

  Hello!

  You will need to remove your upgrades before you can delete your site. This support document will help you with more information to Delete a Site with Upgrades.

  Also I see you are wanted to delete your account. Please note that while you can delete your website, WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted. You can take some steps to make the account inaccessible. See more about how to do this:Deleting Accounts.

  Hi, thanks for the help. I know that I’ll need a staff member to remove the theme for me. Other than that, I’ve taken off any other information tied to my account.

  I didn’t realize that accounts couldn’t be deleted as well, but that’s okay.

  If you were unable to cancel your upgrades, a staff member will definitely help you out. Did you fill out the contact support form? If so, then someone should get back to you.

  If you were not able to complete that step, you can come back here and add ModLook to the tags on the right hand side to get a staff member to assist on this thread.
