  I wish to cancel my full subscription and delete my account.

  Hi there, you can find general instructions for closing your account at https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  However, it also looks like you have or had a site on the WordPress.com Business or E-commerce plan. If you installed plugins on that site, before you can delete it, it will be necessary for Staff to revert the site to how it was prior to installing the first plugin. This will remove all content added after that.

  Please reply here and confirm to Staff that you’re okay with that.

  It looks like the site that had the Business plan was crea8ivedotcodotuk.wpcomstaging.com and before you can delete your account we need to downgrade this site.

  To downgrade the site, we must confirm that you understand:

  1. Any content (pages, posts, media, comments, etc) added after adding outside themes and plugins will be lost.

  2. Any custom content created by plugins and themes will not be carried over.

  3. Plugins and third-party themes can no longer be used.

  4. The site will revert to using the old theme.

  Please make backups, and ensure you have your content ready to re-upload if needed. We can proceed once you’ve confirmed.

  I was able to revert the site for you. You should be able to delete your site and account now.
