I want to delete the site ‘passagesoflyf.wordpress.com’ but neither do I know my password or have access to the registered email address as I had deleted it a long time ago. Please help!

What about a two factor authentication code ?
If so then recovery is possible. If no there is no other way to proove your ownership for it. The link and your username is Public on those basis you can have the ownership of the website. IF you have any other information which can give details of your ownership you can provide the details of it the section below and send it over to them.

You need to have some information to enable the ownership. Which you can send them. On public information of username and link you cant claim ownership of the site.
