  In order to permanently delete your site AND the site address from our system, you can follow this guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Please note that deletion is permanent and you won’t be able to recover either the site content or the site address. If you think there is the smallest chance that you will want to use the site address again, you can make your site Private instead to keep it out of search engines and away from public view.
