Delete/Cancel/Stop automatic payments on this site

  I want to delete this site and cancel any automatic payments that may be coming from it. I have searched for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to do this and can’t. I no longer want the domain or website. Please cancel it. Thank you, Shaun Perkins

  Hi Shaun,

  The only time automatic payments are taken for upgrades is when you have auto renew enabled. I checked your account and auto renew is disabled for your domain. You can confirm that from Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard.

  If you don’t do anything, your domain territorytellers.com will expire on June 17, 2014. Please note that when your domain expires you’ll lose ownership of the domain name, and there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to register it again in the future.

  If you’d like, I can cancel the domain for you right now. Once the domain is cancelled, you’ll be able to delete the site. Another option is to change the privacy settings to make the site private instead: Privacy Settings
