deleted?

hi. I had problems with my site after an upgrade for my webhotel. One of the things I could do to fix it was to delete the jetpack and then upgrade wordpress. But when I did that, the whole site got deleted. Now I cant find my site, everything is gone, and I dont know what to do?

Can someone help me? I was trying to upgrade and fix a problem with the jetpack on my site, and suddently it got deleted, I dont know what I did wrong. Is there any way to get help from wordpress to get it back or is it lost?

I contacted my webhotel, they upgraded wordpress for me. Now the website works, all the links and content is available online, and its just like before. My problem is when I log into wordpress, there everything is gone, and I dont know how to fix it. The only option is to make a new site. The content is online, so I should be able to find it again in wordpress, but I need someone to tell me how to find it/upgrade it.
