  My website has been deleted. I am the only user that has access to the blog. I was wondering if there was any way it could be recovered. I don’t believe my account was hacked as there was no unidentified users. If you could help me, that would be great. I am very upset as I put a lot of hard work into this site. Thank you. The url was woodwalkphotography.wordpress.com

  I am sorry to hear your site was hacked but the answer is “no” the site cannot be recoverd.

  woodwalkphotography.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.

  The deleted blog URL will not become available again. I’m sorry but you cannot recover or register any deleted blog URL. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

  Sites do not get hacked when we follow security protocols including not making our log-in information available to others and/or setting such weak passwords that they can be guessed by others.   1. Go to your email program and change the password to a very difficult one because that’s how many hackers gain access to email accounts and to blogs.

  2. Change the password on your WordPress.com username account to a very difficult one. http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-password

  3. Register a new blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/ and be sure your blog password to a very difficult one > http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-password

  4. Disable post by email > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/

  5. Disable post by voice > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-voice/

  6. Use a secure, encrypted connection to connect to your Dashboard. Under Users → Personal Settings, check the box that says “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages, and click Save Changes.
