Deleted a Blog and Now want to start a new one

  I previously had a blog on WordPress and deleted it when it didn’t go in the direction I wanted. I now would like to start another one but can’t figure out out how to start it. In the Dashboard it only says My Account, My Blog and Blog Info, none of which give me a link to create a new blog. So, what am I missing?
