Deleted a blog and really want to recover it

  Hello,
  I just deleted a blog a few moments ago, and thought I would be able to recreate it using the same url, and then discovered that I can’t. Is there anyway I can recover that?
  I would really appreciate the help.

  hello ,
  sorry you won’t able to recreate it with same url for at least 2 years.
  and there is not way you can recover it.
  Once you delete it it’s permanent .
