deleted a self hosted blog from "my sites"

  I have a old self hosted blog page listed on “my sites” that I can no longer have access to and no longer exist. It is showing post and pages I cannot access and asking me to upgrade the site. I would like it deleted.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
