Deleted a site but forgotten to empty the post

Hi, I recently deleted a site called http://kaienx.wordpress.com but I didn’t empty the posts inside. Can you please help me empty the blog and take it down as a whole?

That site hasn’t been deleted. If it had been the posts wouldn’t still be visible. If you still want to delete it click on “My Site”, scroll down on the left to “Settings” and scroll down on the right to the bottom to “Delete Site”.

Hi, I can confirm and am very sure that I already pressed the “Delete Site” on the “Settings”. Now I can’t access it back as at my dashboard it doesn’t show up. Please flag this post for a staff to assist me in this, thank you!

You’re in the WordPress.com forums using an address that is only one hour old. The site you’re trying to delete most likely has a different username and password. Try logging in to the correct account with the correct details and then you should be able to delete the site.

Hi, Thanks for the prompt response. But as I said. Firstly I created the site using this account. Then I imported my old posts from a tumblr and I realised I wanted to start from scratch hence I deleted the site as per instructions.
The site is still up and running but I DON’T SEE ANY SITES ON MY WORDPRESS account which is this one as I have already deleted it. But the site is still up and running. Please advise.

Yes I am very very very sure 500% confirm that this is the account that is linked to that site and I followed each of the steps from the instruction.

Hi there,
It looks like something went wrong with the deletion. I can empty and completely delete the site for you, but it will be entirely irreversible. You’ll never be able to recover either the content or the URL. Please confirm if I must proceed.

That site is now empty and permanently deleted.
Note that if you search for it in Google you might still get results for a while. That is because Google and other search engines create their own cached copies of sites and those can still exist for some weeks after deleting a site. We have no control over that, but those cached results should stop appearing in a few weeks once Google updates their cache.
