If you deleted a WordPress.com site, there is no way you can get that WordPress.com site address again.
This help article from WordPress.com comes that: “Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address (such as yourgroovysite.wordpress.com).” https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
I hope this helps clarify things. Feel free to get back if you have questions related to WordPress.com account and WordPress.com sites and I will be keen on helping you through it!

@withlovetennt – the domain withlovetennt.com is currently parked with GoDaddy and lovetennt.wordpress.com is not deleted.
Are you referring to a different WordPressdotcom site and domain? If so, what are they?

Hi there,
I believe you’re referring to withlovetennt.wordpress.com. If this is the case then as @strikebuys already said, deleted sites cannot be restored or reused. Deleting a site is permanent and its name cannot be used again and there were several warnings about this.
More information is available here:
You can always start a new blog by going here:

or you can register a custom domain by following these instructions:

Just adding that another option is to map your currently parked custom domain withlovetennt.com to your above WordPressdotcom site at lovetennt.wordpress.com With domain mapping, your site visitors will see your custom domain name in the address bar.
You can learn more about domain mapping here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
