Deleted a website

  Dear WP team,

  I have accidentally deleted a website named plantistan.wordpress.com. Now WP is showing similar suggestions like plantistanblog.wordpress.com but plantistan.wordpress.com is unavailable. Can you please guide me that when will this name be available again? So I can start over again.

  Deleted wordpress.COM blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
