  I had an old account that I accidentally permanently deleted – how can I get it back – I I have my username and my password – but I dont have any of the the following
  Do you have a transaction ID?
  Do you have an activation URL or key?
  Do you have two factor authentication codes?

  my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
