  Hi – so I was stupidly messing about with transferring blogs to different accounts – was trying to only have to log into one account, but then discovered that the author would not carry over…. long story short, I deleted my other account by mistake and have tried to recover it without any success.

  The account username is: carbonintake

  The associated blog still exists but has been transferred to the account I’m posting this from.

  Ultimately I’d like to recover my “carbonintake” account, and then I can transfer the blog back over to that account, but I have no idea how to recover it, or if it’s even possible.

  Any help is appreciated =)

  Hi there,

  We can only reverse an account closure if the request comes from the email address associated with the closed account. We cannot do this at the request from a completely different account.

  When you closed the account we sent you an email to confirm that. Please reply to that email to request the account be re-opened.
