  I deleted my account in the hope of resetting everything due to some file issue, I tried to create a new one with my partner’s email address but it seem i have to pay for everything, such as any plugins, templates, themes etc.
  I would like to re-install my new account with the original credentials. (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  WordPress.com can’t help as according to whois info – https://www.whois.com/whois/torunz.ca – your domain is registered with Godaddy but your site is hosted by NameCheap
