Deleted account but still being charged

  Hello,

  I saw that I had a charge from WordPress for $121.34. When I tried to find my account I could not because it said it was deleted. I created this new account to get support here on the forum. Could you help me close out all my accounts as well as get a refund for what was charged. I appreciate the help.

  If and only if that charge was made by wordpress.com, go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to find out what that charge is all about.

  To add to what @staartmees mentioned (thanks!), you can also contact us via our direct support link. I took a look at jerrow2.wordpress.com and I can see that account is still active, so you should be able to log in with that so we can help you.
