deleted account, but website still shows in search

    A site I created in 2010 is suddenly showing up in search, and I thought I had closed this account a while ago. I have my old username and password but I can’t access the site to remove it: claudiagraziano.wordpress.com

    I appreciate the reply, but the link you are suggesting does not allow you to submit the form unless you can supply one of the three verification methods provided. There’s no option to explain the situation or provide alternate info, which is why I asked this question in the forums. Is there any way I can communicate directly with someone on the account recovery team?

    We need proof of ownership as listed on that form. In the box at the bottom you can provide extra details as requested. As stated on the form: Please note that we are unable to recover an account without proof of ownership.

    Then it should be easy to access that site. Just make sure you are completely logged out of this account first.
