Deleted account username recovery

  I deleted my previous wordpress account to start fresh and to free up the username. However, I am no longer allowed to take back that username. Please help me fix this issue.

  When I try to change my username and u
  Set it as the one from the account I deleted, I’m told it’s unavailable.

  There is no C panel any blog hosted by wordpess.COM. Are you referring to https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/osovast?

  I am no longer allowed to take back that username

  Read the relevant support doc:

  Once you change your username you will not be able to change it back and the old name will not be available for you or anyone to use. If you just want to show your name differently please only change your Display Name.

  Contacting Staff will not change that.
