deleted all my followers and can't transfer urls

  I have managed to delete all my followers from my wordpress.com site, does anyone know how I can retrieve them? I wanted to transfer them all to my new self hosted site but can’t obviously because I deleted them somehow.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
