Deleted all Side bar text.Please help!

  I have deleted all of zBench theme Side bar text. Please can someone let me know how can I get a copy of it. Much apreciated!

  Hi. Under Appearance > Widgets, below the widgets available to insert, do you see the text widget in the “unused widgets”?

  Also, we need the URL of your blog, starting with http:// in order to give you accurate advice. Thanks.
