  Hello,
  I deleted a blog in May/June of 2015, I’m interested in re-using that address. I don’t necessarily need to get my posts back, but I’m having a hard time figuring out how to start back up.

  How do I get the blog back?

  Deleted blog addresses for more than two years may become available again if they present no username or other technical conflicts.

  I suggest contacting the Support Staff directly and ask them if you can claim the deleted address.

  Alternatively, you could register a proper domain name (like example.com) and map it to your WordPress.com blog.
