  Hi. If you are talking about ivanjai88.wordpress.com, which was “deleted by the authors”: once you delete a blog, it is gone forever. See here:

  No – gone is gone, even from the original owner, that is why you were ask 3 times are you sure. If you want a blog you will need to find a new name.
