  is there anyway i can recover my deleted blog

  No, sorry there is not. There are warnings during the deletion process that this is permanent and the URL will be gone forever, and you even have to respond to the confirmation email: http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ .

  What you can do is to try and come up with a new name close to the old one (a variation) or you can buy your own domain name and map it to your site here in which case it won’t matter what the underlying wordpress.com URL is.
