  I have deleted my blog by mistake. Is there any chance that I can use the name of deleted blog again (hitrinki.wordpress.com). I will appreciate your help.

  No, not ever. You had at least three warnings before the final confirmation email. You can’t get it back.

  I’m sorry but deleted blog URLs here are not recycled and no exceptions are made. That’s why 3 warnings are given and why a verification link in an email that must be clicked is sent in order to accomplish deletion.

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
